PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an audit division, divisions having the audit, and a secretariat to obtain necessary ISO (International Organization for Standardization) audit information without selecting a time and a place and to save a labor and reduce the cost of an ISO audit by constructing database suited for the ISO audit and providing a computer network. SOLUTION: A server 4 and a communication control device 5 in a central computer center 1, a computer network 2 (Internet network), users' terminals 20 and 21 in respective bases A1, A2,... (branch A1, branch A2,...), and auditors' terminals 23 and 24 are connected together so as to construct the database suited to the ISO audit. The respective divisions are connected by the computer network so that the audit divisions (audit offices) and the divisions having the audit (branches A1 and A2) can obtain respective necessary ISO audit information without selecting the time and the place. The respective record documents are electronized and shared so as to improve the record control accuracy. A work flow is formed for the audit work so as to quickly support decision making and improve the competition of an enterprise and customer services. |
