PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device in which a handling property for a human body of a user is improved. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with at least two electrodes 2 and 3 in contact with the human body (user) or located near to the human body and a data communication part 4 having the function of at least any one of data transmitting and receiving, and two electrodes 2 and 3 are located while being confronted along with the crosswise direction of a band part 11 of a watch, that the human body (user) wears. Besides, in addition to such a configuration, at least two electrodes can be provided on the band part 10 as well.
