PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unwanted radiation noise by suppressing a high-frequency noise current from flowing into a case from a circuit board through a connection member when the circuit board emitting a high-frequency noise is connected to the case. SOLUTION: By employing an insulating material as a core material of the screw connecting a circuit board to a case, with a tap being conductive, a large amount of inductance component is provided to a connection member. The connection member mechanically connects the circuit board to the case while, acting as inductance in terms of electricity, suppresses the high-frequency noise current from flowing from the circuit board to the case, to reduce unwanted radiation noise.
