PURPOSE: An adhesive method and device of PE tarpaulin in a curve type is provided to form a bonded surface into curve type and to firmly bond the PE tarpaulin without the variation of properties of the PE tarpaulin by using ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive device of PE tarpaulin is composed of an ultrasonic generator(10), a horn(20) receiving ultrasonic waves and installed at a support plate(2) vertically, a motor(15) rotating the ultrasonic generator and the horn, a compressing roller(30) installed at the upper part of the horn and fixed on a head, and an air cylinder(33) moving the compressing roller up and down. |
