PURPOSE: A device and a method for providing an ACD(Automatic Call Distribution) service by using a caller ID are provided to designate call vector schedules according to caller IDs, so as to furnish various services. CONSTITUTION: A caller ID extractor(20) analyzes information on an incoming call, and extracts a caller ID. A call vector processor(30) searches effective information from the extracted caller ID, and processes and decides a corresponding vector schedule to provide functions defined in steps. If a caller calls one ACD representative number, the call vector processor(30) decides call vectoring to be used according to mutually different call vector schedules by regions, dialing codes, individual numbers for the caller ID extracted from the caller ID extractor(20), and then provides functions designated in the steps by using the decided call vector. And a call not including a caller ID is processed by using default call vectoring.
