SOLUTION: In this transfer information notice service method, a computer transmits the information related to account transfer to the user through an information communication network by the step of acquiring transfer specification data including the information related to each account transfer item from a transfer information database; the step of acquiring the account balance of the user included in certain transfer specification data and acquiring the address corresponding to the user included in this transfer specification data from a user database; and the step of transmitting transfer specification notice data including the information related to the specification data concerned and the information related to the balance to the address C through the information communication network.
