SOLUTION: This electronic coupon management system (hereinafter referred to as system) 1 is connected to the Internet 7, and transmits a coupon offer form according to the request from a customer terminal 2. When the coupon offer form with e-mail address inputted thereto is transmitted from the customer terminal 2, an electronic coupon is transmitted to the e-mail address. When the customer inputs necessary information to the electronic coupon and transmits it to the system, the system then transmits it to the facsimile receiver 3 of a store. The store can judge the validity of the electronic coupon presented by the customer by collating it with the transmitted facsimile document to judge the identity, and also store the evidence document of the use of electronic coupon. |
