<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively avoid, without complicating the device structure, detriment to color reproducibility and image quality degradation, such as fog, even in case magnetic carrier is transferred to the image carrier side. SOLUTION: The image forming material is used for rendering an electrostatic latent image Z on the image carrier 1 visible as an image formed from a specific color component. At least color toners 2 except black are used for image formation together with magnetic carrier 3, and the magnetic carrier 3 is composed of magnetic powder 4 of the same color as that of the toner 2 to be used. Each of the color component toners is used for image formation together with the magnetic carrier 3. In addition, the magnetic carrier 3 is composed of white color magnetic power 4 so that the magnetic carrier 3 is formed as an insulation carrier having a volume resistance of 10<11>Ωcm or higher.</p> |
