PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance tunnel current control electron element, capable of taking out electrons existing in the discrete energy level of a substance even when the substance is deemed as an insulator or the substance is a semiconductor or the other non-conductive substance and capable of pouring the electrons from the outside, and a electronic device employing the element. SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided with a non-conductor, a plurality of electrodes formed on the non-conductor and a frequency control means for changing the plasma frequency of an electron in at least one electrode among the electrodes and the natural frequency of the electrons in the non-conductor relatively.
