PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature circuit device which can efficiently and uniformly cool a low temperature filter and a low-noise amplifier without enlarging a cooler, in a low temperature circuit device which is equipped with a low temperature filter, a low-noise amplifier, and a cooler for cooling their heat. SOLUTION: The low temperature filter is arranged on one main face of a heat diffusion part of the cooler, and the low-noise amplifier is arranged on the other main face of the heat diffusion part such that it faces the low temperature filter via the heat diffusion part.
