DIRECT HEATING TYPE WASTEWATER EVAPORATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A direct heating type wastewater evaporation apparatus is provided, which can remove salt of concentrated wastewater to prevent any coagulation and clogging of the equipment thus enabling continuous operation and the thickened waste sludge is incinerated at combustion chamber for sludge reduction. CONSTITUTION: In a direct heating type wastewater evaporation apparatus including a thickening tank(10) for receiving pre-treated wastewater, a combustion chamber(20) installed at the top of the thickening tank(10) and equipped with a burner(22), a hot blast guide(24) for guiding flame or hot blast of the burner(22) to the inside of the thickening tank(10), an air discharge line(40) and a waste liquid discharge line(50), the apparatus comprises a salt separation tank(60) installed at the rear of the discharge pipe(50) for precipitating separated salt in wastewater; a storage tank(70) installed at the rear of the salt separation tank(60) for collecting salt separated waste liquid; a filtering equipment(80) for recovering salt from waste liquid discharged from the salt separation tank(60) and containing plenty of salt; a return pipe(72) for returning salt separated waste liquid from the storage tank(70) to the combustion chamber(20) to incinerate the liquid by spraying in the combustion chamber(20).
