PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cooking functional soup for relieving hangover by adding ingredients containing functional components for protection of live and relieving hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for cooking functional soup for relieving hangover comprises the steps of: preparing an extract of Houttuynia curdatu 10%; preparing untrimmed bean sprouts 10%; preparing a dried pollack with skin 10%; preparing calm 10%; preparing oyster 5%; preparing clotted blood of cattle 5%; preparing radish slices 5%; mixing the above ingredients in a pot and boiling them at 150 deg.C for 1 hour; and portioning the mixture and boiling it with a flavoring agent. |
