PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response related to acquisition and display of information from each database (DB), in a system for supporting information management, capable of providing a plurality of information stored separately into the DBs to client terminals. SOLUTION: A method for supporting information management comprises steps of selecting a plurality of information on salary/bonus statements to be listed by identification symbol and collecting it into a DB of an information provider (S1), combining the collected information by using predetermined combination symbols (S2), storing the combined information, as it is, a storage area in a storage device (S3), retrieving the combined information, based on the information providing requests from the client terminals and outputting to a DB for displaying (S4) and returning the combined information in the DB for displaying by dividing into units of each item (S5), then the method edits the divided information according to an instruction from a form for displaying and sets each information to display on pre-assigned display areas, respectively.
