PURPOSE: A liquid soap using the tourmaline effluent and its preparation method are provided, wherein tourmaline effluent generates hydroxide ions by the electrolysis of laundry, thereby reducing the hardness and improving the cleansing power of a surfactant. CONSTITUTION: The liquid soap comprises the tourmaline effluent which is prepared by pulverizing tourmaline raw ore into the size of 3 micrometer or less, and removing the impurities comprising lead by centrifugation; inserting it into a melting furnace and heating it at a temperature of 1,200-1,250 deg.C; and spraying distilled water to the heated one, collecting the generated steam, extracting the collected one, cooling the extracted one rapidly, filtering the cooled one to remove the dust, heating the obtained one at a temperature of 400 deg.C to remove the viscous materials and the impurities, collecting the vaporized one, and condensing the collected one into the liquid phase. Preferably the tourmaline effluent comprises further 0.1-10 vol% of the extract of green tea.
