STAMP APPARATUS FOR MARKING HOLE DEFECTS OF PLATED STRIP

PURPOSE: A stamp apparatus for marking hole defects of plated strip is provided in which the stamp is operated by cylinder so that marking is promptly performed at an accurate position when marking the holes using stamp by sensing holes generated on the plated strip. CONSTITUTION: The stamp apparatus for marking hole defects of plated strip comprises a pair of pinch rolls installed inside a supporting member to guide the plated strip; a tension reel installed in rear of the pinch rolls to coil the plated strip; a sensor installed at the inlet side of the supporting member to sense holes generated on the plated strip; a moving member(12) installed on one side surface of the supporting member and moved by cylinder(10) operated by sensing signals of the sensor so that the moving member(12) is moved to the edge part of the plated strip; a rotation arm(20) which is installed at the cylinder(10), and to the front end part of which a stamp(21) is adhered; electromagnets(15) installed at supporting element installed on the moving member(12) to rotate the rotation arm(20) to the surface of the plated strip; and a control part(30) for controlling operation of the above units.
