The centrifuge grinder comprises a chassis (1,3) which carries a first plate (4.1) carrying a first set of radially extending cutters (9.1) and a second plate (4.2) opposite the first plate. The second plate carries a second set of radially extending cutters (9.2). One of the plates rotates about an axis (X) and a driving means (20) is coupled to the plate rotates it during grinding. One of the plates (4.2) can be displaced along the axis and a single operating screw/nut (30) engages this plate to allow adjustment of the spacing of the two cutter assemblies.
