The tire consists of an external casing (100) with an intermediate crown reinforcing layer, inner lips (101) reinforced with steel cables and rows of holes (101a) for bars (204) connected to an inner supporting band (2100). The supporting band is made from curved sheet metal base members (207) with lengthwise ribs (205) and padding layers (208). The external casing also has outer lips (103) to protect part of the wheel rim.
