PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing colloidal silver solution, which can control the concentration of colloidal silver in colloidal silver solution. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for manufacturing colloidal silver solution including a store member(10), a cover member(30), a pair of silver bars(40), a power supply(62) and a switch, the apparatus is characterized in that an electrode(52) of a PPM gauge is protrudingly formed so that one end thereof is dipped in colloidal silver solution in the store member; a display part(36) and a key input part(38) which are respectively formed on the upper side of the cover member; a memory part which is installed inside the cover member to store preset concentration of colloidal silver solution via the display part and the key input part; and a controller which cut power supply in case the concentration of colloidal silver solution measured by the PPM gauge reach the preset concentration of colloidal silver solution.
