PURPOSE: Provided is a health drink using a cogongrass extract as main ingredient, and extracts of licorice roots, jujubes, lemon, oranges. Therefore, it has a sweet taste and a user can drink it easily. CONSTITUTION: A health drink is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 25-45 wt.% of cogongrass cut into 4-8cm, 15-25 wt.% of licorice roots, and 10-25 wt.% of jujubes; extracting the mixture with 10 times of water for 3-6 hours; filtering the extracts with a filter; adding 15-45 wt.% of a mixed extract of 5-10 wt.% of oranges and 2-6 wt.% of lemon to the filtered extract.
