PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting method adapted to the actual state for the use of copyrighted work data. SOLUTION: This method comprises a means for acquiring copyrighted work data and the accounting data to the use of the copyrighted work data; and an accounting means for performing charging on the basis of the accounting data. The accounting means charges to the actual use of a copyrighted work by charging to the use of the copyrighted work data.
