PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for home pages monitoring of malice or good intentions. SOLUTION: The monitoring device is provided with a search results storage device for storing home page information; an evaluation results storage device for storing at least three phases of evaluation results, by comparing a monitoring dictionary with home page information; and a home page selecting means for merging a duplicating home page address with a single home page address line and editing it in a key number identification flag, and displaying on the display image plane of a computer a key distribution list and key word table, which arranges the evaluation results in a plurality of cells of the same line, respectively.
