<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a hydrogen purification module without heat loss, having a compact size, and capable of preventing leakage of purified hydrogen, being easily assembled, and producing highly purified hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: The module comprises a plurality of unit modules which are arranged in parallel with each other, wherein the unit module includes a plurality of cells(100) joined together by coupling fittings(40), and wherein the cell includes two metal films(10) for selectively transmitting hydrogen, a metal supporting ring(20) interposed between the two metal films(10), wherein the metal films(10) are joined to both sides of the metal ring(20) by a diffused junction method, thereby forming a closed space inside the metal ring(20), a porous plate(30) inserted between the two metal films(10) inside the metal ring(20) for collecting hydrogen transmitted through the metal films(10), and a fitting(40) having a hydrogen passage passing through a hole(21) formed in the metal ring(20) and being in contact with to the porous plate(30) at one end thereof so as for the collected hydrogen to be transferred therethrough.</p> |
