PURPOSE: Provided is a joint cage between petrous portions in backbone which keeps optimal inclination to match the type of human petrous portions so that it helps to bind petrous portions strongly. CONSTITUTION: The joint cage between petrous portions in backbone is characterized by forming plural irregularities at upper and lower side of the cage continuously, in which plural irregularities keep various inclination angles on a basis of a parallel line to make ease of touching to a petrous side housing the cage. The angle between the irregularities and the parallel line is about 5.5-6.5 degrees at curve side(12), with keeping about 2.5-3.0 degrees toward vertical side(11) and about 12.0-13.0 degrees at the vertical side.
