WIRELESS COMMUNICATION RELAY METHOD FOR PREVENTING MARITIME ACCIDENT AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A wireless communication relay method for preventing a maritime accident and a system therefor are provided to mutually combine a ship AIS(Automatic Identification System) suitable for the real situation of a merchant ship with a DFN(Digital Fishing Network) suitable for the real situation of a fishing boat by an information technique, and watch the mutual movement situation of the merchant ship and the fishing boat in the sea. CONSTITUTION: A DFN(2) collects and provides various information from a fishing boat(1). A ship AIS(4) collects various information from a merchant ship(3), and provides various information to the merchant ship(3). A protocol converter(5) selectively extracts only necessary information from information of the DFN(2) and the ship AIS(4), and provides information suitable for mutual protocol environment. A device connects the DFN(2) with the ship AIS(4) through an information communication network by the protocol converter(5) so that information interwork between different kinds of communication systems and only an information service suitable for each user is performed.
