PURPOSE: A device for varying pedal effort and stroke of a clutch pedal is provided to improve driver's convenience by varying pedal effort and stroke of the clutch pedal followed by driver's taste or by wear of the clutch disk. CONSTITUTION: Clutch operation structure comprises a clutch pedal(10); a release fork(20) rotated around a pivot part(24) by operation of the clutch pedal; and a clutch body(30). In the clutch body, the release fork slides a release bearing(32), and a release lever(34) is pushed. Accordingly, a clutch disk(36) is pressed on or separated from a flywheel, to control power. A device for varying pedal effort and stroke of the clutch pedal includes a variable control device(40), changing location of the pivot part of the release fork and controlling moving of the pivot part. Thus, pedal pressure and stroke of the clutch pedal is varied and driver's convenience is improved.
