PURPOSE: A kettle and a forming method thereof are provided to prevent the rusting of a bonded portion by directly bonding a kettle body with a kettle nose without welding and to improve productivity by easily and promptly performing polishing of the body and the nose. CONSTITUTION: A connecting ring(30) having an annularly protruded end portion(31) formed in the center and a folded portion(32) formed in the rear portion is used to combine a body(10) of a kettle with a nose(20) of the kettle. The front end of the connecting ring is firstly welded to the rear portion of the nose of the kettle. The folded portion of the connecting ring is fitted to a drain hole(11) of the body. Then, the kettle nose is attached to the body via the connecting ring.
