PURPOSE: A commercial broadcasting service method on a cellular wireless communication network is provided to enable a user to watch a motion picture broadcast through the wireless communication network, and to prevent an unauthorized subscriber mobile station from watching the broadcast, thereby supplying various commercial broadcasting services as demanding payment to the user. CONSTITUTION: A base station(110) transmits a control signal including a common traffic encryption key to authorized subscriber mobile stations, and encrypts broadcasting data with the common traffic encryption key, then broadcasts the data through a CTBCH(Common Traffic Broadcasting Channel). The base station(110) periodically updates the common traffic encryption key every available time. A mobile station(120) deciphers the received control signal with a personal signal key, and obtains a common traffic encryption key having a predetermined available time, then displays the broadcasting data by performing an image processing.
