Cosmetic composition (I) comprises a water-insoluble conditioner and an aminoethylaminoalkyl silicone in which the alkyl group has 4-8 carbon atoms. An Independent claim is also included for the treatment of keratinic materials by applying (I) and optionally rinsing with water.
