摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an induction starting synchronous reluctance motor in which the sum of primary and secondary copper losses of harmonic can be minimized while enhancing the efficiency. SOLUTION: The induction starting synchronous reluctance motor comprises a stator core 2 formed by laminating thin electromagnetic steel plates and having a plurality of slots 2a made on the inner circumferential side, a stator 1 having a three-phase winding generating a multipolar advancing magnetic field, a rotor core 4 formed by laminating thin electromagnetic steel plates and having five layers or more of flux barrier slits 4a for one pole protruding in the central direction of a rotor, and the rotor 3 having secondary conductors 5 formed by injecting aluminum or an aluminum alloy into the flux barrier slits 4a of the rotor core 4. In the cross-sectional shape of the rotor 3, an outer circumferential bridge part formed between the opposite forward end parts of each flux barrier slit 4a and the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 3 has a thicknessδin the range of 0.35 mm-0.5 mm.
