PURPOSE: A tray moving apparatus for use in a handler is provided to secure a smooth movement of a tray since each of the test trays of the test chamber and the preheat chamber is fixed by the holder assembly of the movement apparatus with being moved by the push and to smoothly proceed the test since the tray is moved to an exact position by the tray when the test is performed by one step, thereby improving the efficiency of the test. CONSTITUTION: A tray moving apparatus for use in a handler installed on one side of a chamber block of a handler capable of testing a predetermined setting temperature so as to horizontally move the test tray from one chamber position to adjacent another chamber position includes a base plate(1) installed at one side of the test site in a right and left direction, a guide member installed along the base plate(1), a moving block(5) movably coupled to the guide member, a connection pin movably coupled to the forward and backward guide member and coupled by being inserted into a groove formed at one side edge of the tray among the elected test trays, a holder assembly provided with a push pin(18) to push the one side edge of the other tray, a holder assembly driving member for moving forward and backward at the positions of the combine and unlock with the test tray and a moving block driving member for moving the moving block laterally. |
