摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a feedback path between a base station and a BSC(Base Station Controller) in an asynchronous IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000 system is provided to automatically set or release the feedback path between the base station and the BSC through an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) cell transmission line between the base station and the BSC. CONSTITUTION: A buffer(145) outputs information received from a BSC through the first and second output ports. The first and second shift registers(147,150) temporarily store information provided from the first output port of the buffer(145). The first pattern information storing unit(148) stores feedback setup pattern information. The second pattern information storing unit(151) stores feedback release pattern information. The first and second comparators(149,152) compare information inputted to the first and second shift registers(147,150) with pattern information stored in the first and second pattern information storing units(148,151), and output comparing result information. A switching unit(154) selectively outputs output information of the buffer(145) and ATM cell information on the basis of comparing result information provided from the first and second comparators(149,152).
