PURPOSE: A rear-view mirror installed at a driver seat is provided to smoothly circulate a mirror body and stop the mirror body at a required angle. CONSTITUTION: A rear-view mirror installed at a driver seat is composed of a plastic mirror(10), a mirror body(20) having the plastic mirror at a front surface, a protrusion(30) having a groove and extending from an upper center portion of the mirror body, shafts(40a,40b) extending outwardly in a certain length to be inserted to the grooves, a supporting spring(50), a diaphragm(60), a supporting unit(71), and a case(80) containing the supporting spring, the diaphragm, and supporting unit. The shafts extend outwardly in a certain length to be inserted to the grooves, respectively. The supporting spring supports the shaft while contacting to peripheral surfaces of the protruded one of shafts. The diaphragm contacts to the peripheral surface of the other shaft each other. The supporting unit rotatably supports the other shaft.
