PURPOSE: A center mounting type air conditioner having a structure of two layer air flow for vehicles is provided to cozily control heating and cooling. CONSTITUTION: A blower(60) includes a scroll case(62) divided into a left scroll part(62L) and a right scroll part(62R), and having discharge ports(63L,63R) of the left scroll part and the right scroll part extended and connected with an inlet of an air conditioner case to blow air separately to a first channel and a second channel; a left intake duct(69L) and a right intake duct(69R) installed on a left side and a right side of the scroll case, and having inside air suction ports(71) and an outside air suction ports(73) having opening degree controlled by switching doors(75) to suck air to the left scroll part and the right scroll part; a left fan(65L) and a right fan(65R) placed in the left scroll part and the right scroll part; and a motor(67) simultaneously rotating the left fan and the right fan.
