PURPOSE: A device and a method for a Internet bulletin board integration service are provided to offer a directory service of the Internet bulletin board by searching the bulletin board on the Internet and classifying it into each category, and to enable a user to approach to the interesting bulletin board directly and search a dynamic web document. CONSTITUTION: A database(90) includes the user information and the bulletin board information. A bulletin board search agent searches the bulletin board and stores the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and the structure information of the bulletin board in the database(90). A bulletin information extraction agent extracts the bulletin information based on the URL. A hit analyzer calculates a hit increasing rate, an increase acceleration rate and a virtual hit by examining the hit of the bulletin. A content classifier(110) classifies the bulletins into each content. A monitoring device(50) monitors a new bulletin board and a new bulletin related to a subject selected by a user. A service part(30) and a user interface(20) offer the bulletin board integration service to the user.
