The temperature regulating device comprises a front panel (9) directed towards the automobile interior space (8). In the panel are air inlets (10) and a printed circuit (3) behind the panel carrying electronic components has an air passage opening (4) in which a temperature sensor connected to the printed circuit is engaged. An air conduit between the front panel and the printed circuit connects the region of the air inlets to the air passage opening. A separate air guide (12) made of rubber is supported by its opening zones (14,15) and extends radially against the front panel and against the printed circuit.
