Mixing apparatus for additive to a main liquid, comprising a common base (1) supporting two identical mixing vessels (3a, 3b) connected by pipes (8a, 8b, 10, 12) with solenoid valves, with a source of a main liquid such as a wine must, and a source (6, 7) of a conservation and protection additive, e.g. a sulfite, is new. Each vessel is also connected to a source for injecting a neutral gas to maintain an inert atmosphere.
