PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a contract while ensuring the contract contents between parties concerned and to strictly manage the contract state in the contract establishing process. SOLUTION: A purchaser computer system (system 1) applies a purchaser first electronic sign to the contract data inputted by a purchaser to ensure the contents of the contract data, and transmits it to a seller computer system (system 2). The system 2 confirms the contents of the contract data, applies the electronic sign of a seller thereto, and transmits it to the system 1. The system 1 confirms the approval to the contents of the contract data by the seller, further applies a purchaser second electronic sign thereto, and transmits it to the system 1. The data including the contract data, the purchaser first electronic sign, the seller electronic sign, and the purchaser second electronic sign, which is generated by the result of delivery of data between the system 1 and the system 2, are stored in both the systems 1 and 2 as information for ensuring the contract. According to each message delivered between both the systems, each of the parties concerned manages the contract state. |
