SOLUTION: An order receiving part 31 receives commodity information 16 showing a commodity 100, first customer information 17 showing the attribute of a first customer A that is the sender of the commodity 100, second customer information 18 showing the attribute of the communication equipment 2 possessed by a second customer B that is the receiver of the commodity 10, and payment information 10 showing the payment by the first customer A or the second customer B from the first customer A. A shipping management table 50 mutually matches the commodity information 16, the first customer information 17, the second customer information 18 and the payment information 19. A customer management table 40 matches the second customer information 18, the address 2e of the second customer B, and the name 2d of the second customer B. A shipping management part 35 generates shipping information for the delivery of the commodity to the second customer B by an agent C in reference to the shipping management table 50 and the customer management table 40, and reports it to the agent C. |
