PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point exchanging method where points obtained by a point collection service can be easily exchanged with prizes. SOLUTION: The point exchanging method includes a first step of informing by speech synthesis about points associated with a telephone number notified by a caller number notifying function when there is an enquiry to a predetermined telephone number about present points, a second step of requesting replies for a telephone number of a portable terminal and already informed points when there is a connection to a prize exchanging Web server from a communication device capable of using the Internet, a third step of requesting replies for an address and name after an authentication process using the telephone number of the portable terminal and the already informed points, and a fourth step of providing digital contents regarding prize exchange after receiving the address and the name. |
