PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement system capable of providing an advertisement effect commensurate with advertisement cost at a low cost by generating an advertisement rate according to the acquired number of expected customers. SOLUTION: An advertisement delivery server 3 comprises a homepage data storage part 7 for storing a home page for displaying items of advertisements and items of articles provided free related thereto, and accepting the providing request of the articles provided free; an electronic mail delivery part 8 for delivering e-mail to a user terminal device; a homepage data delivery part 10 for delivering the data of the homepage when receiving an access from the user terminal device; a response information recording part 11 for recording the personal information of the user and the item of the article provided free when receiving the providing request of the article provided free; and a response advertisement rate claiming part 12 for transmitting the list of personal information of the user who made the providing request every article provided free, and the bill of the response advertisement rate according to the number of the providing requests to an advertiser terminal device by e-mail. |
