PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and inexpensive fund transfer system for payment from a buyer to a seller in electronic commerce regarding a market maker. SOLUTION: The fund transfer system has a plurality of deposit accounts respectively corresponding to a plurality of buyers, a plurality of distribution accounts respectively corresponding to the deposit accounts, a plurality of seller accounts respectively corresponding to a plurality of sellers, a means of receiving account transfer data prepared by the market maker on the basis of transaction record data of the electronic commerce, a means of registering the account transfer data, a means of judging whether or not a sum of funds transferred into a deposit account from a buyer is proper on the basis of the account transfer data, a means of moving the funds from the deposit account to a distribution account when the sum of the funds is proper, and a means of respectively distributing the funds moved to the distribution account to the plurality of seller accounts and transferring them from the distribution account to the seller accounts on the basis of the account transfer data. |
