PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery apparatus having a function for optimizing advertisement provision to allow reducing wasteful advertisements and appropriately providing advertisements. SOLUTION: A tag file server 5 accumulates tag files into a tag file storage part 30 and transmits tag files of contents requested by a user terminal 1 to the user terminal 1. Banner advertisements are provided in the tag files, a user can browse Web pages of advertisements by clicking the banner advertisements. An access evaluation data storage part 35 stores an advertisement access state table managing access states of Web pages of each advertisements by a tag file. When the user terminal 1 clicks the banner advertisements, the corresponding access state table is updated. A tag file server control part 20 omits unnecessary banner advertisements from the tag files, with reference to the access state table at every fixed time period. |
