PURPOSE: Provided is Jam of Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum Ohwi. which has various pharmacological actions and nutrients. Therefore, the manufactured jam contains its pharmacological action and various nutrients and is thus good for human health. CONSTITUTION: Jam of Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum Ohwi. is manufactured by cutting and washing damaged parts of Jam of Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum Ohwi., slicing it into a thickness of 3-5mm; drying the slices at 75-80 deg.C for 4-5 minutes; roasting them not to give a bitter taste; powdering them; mixing 1.2kg±10% of the powder with 2L of purified water and 3kg of sugar; and cooling the mixture. |
