PURPOSE: To provide a MODEM built-in electronic device that makes input ports receiving analog signals from a telephone line in common to be a single port so as to save the space and prevent mis-insertion of the input port to a connector connected to the telephone line thereby enhancing the operational feasibility. CONSTITUTION: An electric contact switch 6 switches an analog signal (e) received by an ADSL MODEM 3 and an analog signal (d) received by an analog MODEM 2 to give the analog signal to the ADSL MODEM 3 and the analog MODEM 2 so as to make the connector 11 relaying the input of the analog signal from the telephone line in common to be a single connector.
