PURPOSE: Provided is a viscose rayon yarn having excellent skin feel, bulky feel and level dyeing properties obtained by using a viscose rayon yarn as a core yarn and a sheath yarn through an air texturing method. Therefore, the viscose rayon yarn can be used as a knit yarn for men's and women's sweater and a raw yarn for circular knitting. CONSTITUTION: A functional viscose rayon yarn is prepared by using a viscose rayon yarn as a core yarn and a sheath yarn(impact yarn) through an air texturing method, wherein the yarn speed is 250 to 300m/min, the difference in overfeed rate of the core yarn is 15 to 35%, the pressure of an air texturing apparatus(3) is 5 to 45kg.f/cm¬2 and the heat treatment temperature is 160 to 240deg.C. The core yarn and sheath yarn are 75 denier/30 filament, 150 denier/60 filament respectively.
