PURPOSE: A pipe clamp is provided to prevent the leakage of a fluid flowing through a pipe, to stably supply the fluid, and to avoid the contamination and damage due to the leakage of the fluid by maintaining the fixed state of both rotating pieces of pipes. CONSTITUTION: A pair of ring-shaped rotating pieces(12a,12b) surrounding flange portions of pipes are prepared. A bolt(18) is hinge-fixed in the end of one rotating piece. A fixing member(30) is movably installed on the bolt. A nut(20) spirally combined to the bolt is installed on the bolt. An elastic member(32) is supported between the fixing member and the nut. The bolt and the nut are kept in the combined state by the elastic force of the elastic member. The fixing member supports the rotational position of the bolt. Even if the nut is unfastened, the fixing member is pressurized by the elastic member.
