OVER RUNNING CLUTCH OF STARTING MOTOR HAVING INTEGRAL TYPE SPRING FOR OPERATION OF ROLLER PIN

PURPOSE: An over running clutch of a starting motor having an integral type spring to operate a roller pin is provided to stably operate the roller pin by integrally forming a securing portion and a spring at an end of the spring. CONSTITUTION: In an over running clutch(5), an armature is installed to a housing in which an electronic switch is installed and a spline is formed on a side of a shaft of the armature, to install a pinion. A roller pin(9) is elastically installed to an inner inclined groove(7) and to a stopper(8) of the over running clutch, with a coil spring(10). One end of the coil spring is positioned in the middle of the roller pin. A support portion(11) is formed on the other side of the spring and the support portion is supported to the stopper of the inclined groove. Thus, installation of the spring is stable and operation of the roller pin is not eccentric.
