PURPOSE: A structure of an oil drain plug is provided to allow easily replacing oil using a hand without a separate tool. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a drain plug body(10) having an inlet(a) and an outlet(b) formed on an upper part and a side thereof, respectively, for oil(1) in an oil pan(3) flows in and out, and a body chamber(10') formed therein, and installed on one side of the oil pan; a valve(20) built in the body chamber to move up and down, and opening and closing channels of the inlet and the outlet; and a valve opening and closing unit(30) mounted on one side of the drain plug body to be operated from the outside, and moving the valve up and down to open and close.
