PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a mainframe and a device for analyzing data using the same are provided to fast and efficiently manage all jobs on the mainframe and the important message events of a console under a Window environment. CONSTITUTION: The mainframe(210) includes a database(211), a state collecting part(212), a judgment part(213) and a transmitting part(214). A data analysis device(220) analyzing the data received from the transmitting part(214) includes a receiving part(221), a comparing/analyzing part(222) and a processing part(223). The mainframe stores a processing job, a scheduled job and an error in the database(211) while performing the present job. The data collecting part(212) collects the data in the database(211) in real time and the judgment part(213) judges that the data is transmitted to the data analysis device(220). If the data is to be transmitted to the data analysis device(220), the data is transmitted to the data analysis device(220) through the transmitting part(214) by using the TCP/IP(Transfer Control Protocol/Internet Protocol). The transmitting part(214) performs the transmission with time interval by measuring the traffic.
