PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that allows a user who use a print service via the Internet to check if an image to be printed satisfies an output requirement that can maintain a user-desired print quality before the user completes a print instruction. SOLUTION: For use in a print management device that provides print services based on a print order issued from a client via the Internet, the image data display requirement specified by the print order and the print matter output requirement specified by the print order are obtained. A check is made if the image data is suitable for printing specified by the print order based on the obtained image data display requirement and the print matter output requirement.
